Zelensky asks Trump to enlist China's help in ending Russia's invasion

Washington is pushing for trilateral U.S.-Ukraine-Russia technical talks, possibly in the UAE, while Kyiv awaits a date; Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed Putin and Trump discussed such a meeting. Zelensky also said Trump confirmed Kyiv will get licenses to produce Patriot air defense systems, and he urged implementation of a strong sanctions bill Trump signed last week. He held talks on Black Sea shipping, budget support, and reported overnight Russian attacks killing five people.
