Earlier, CIA Director John Ratcliffe suggested organizing a trilateral meeting of the US, Russian, and Ukrainian presidents during his August 25 visit to Moscow. Zelensky has repeatedly rejected the idea of traveling to Moscow, while Putin has said Zelensky could come if he deemed it necessary.
