Greer rejects Ottawa's claim that French sank trade talks

Prime Minister Mark Carney had suggested last week that U.S. demands crossing a red line on French protection caused the talks' failure. President Donald Trump also dismissed this interpretation Tuesday, saying he "loved French Canadians."
