finance.mail.ru (Russian) —

Anthropic has filed an official application for an initial public offering on the Nasdaq exchange, according to the company's website. The AI developer plans to list Class A common stock under the ticker ANT on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. Registration documents have been submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, though the filing is not yet effective. Bloomberg reports quarterly revenue grew 50% to 16.8 billion rubles with an adjusted gross margin of 85% ahead of the listing. The move could bring Anthropic to the public market before rival OpenAI, which delayed its IPO to 2027 to focus on AI safety. Anthropic currently demonstrates an operating margin above 11%.
