Drone strike on Perm apartment building kills one

A Ukrainian drone strike on an apartment building in Perm, Russia, killed one person and injured four others, according to regional authorities. The attack was part of a larger wave of drone strikes across multiple Russian regions. Governor Dmitry Makhonin reported that 27 drones were shot down over the Perm region and that a multi-story residential building was damaged. The target was reportedly the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez oil refinery, one of Russia's largest, which has been attacked previously. In total, Russia's Defense Ministry said it intercepted 306 Ukrainian drones. Other regions reported casualties and damage, including two deaths in the Belgorod region, two deaths in Sevastopol, and a fire at a church in the Tambov region.
