Drone attack on Perm oil refinery and industrial plants

Explosions rocked the Russian city of Perm early on September 7 following a drone attack targeting strategic industrial facilities, with a column of black smoke rising into the sky. The attack struck the Perm Gunpowder Plant and the Mashinostroitel enterprise, both located in the Zakamsk district. Local residents filmed the drones and reported air defense attempts to intercept them. The Perm Gunpowder Plant produces charges for Grad and Smerch rocket systems, while Mashinostroitel manufactures components for aviation engines and solid-fuel rocket motors. The attack follows similar Ukrainian drone strikes on September 6.
