Iran's Revolutionary Guards Urge US Voters to Reject Trump Policies in Open Letter

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued a 25-page open letter to American voters on Tuesday, urging them to reject President Donald Trump's policies and support peaceful coexistence with Tehran ahead of the US midterm elections. The letter calls on Americans to oppose US support for Israel and foreign wars, arguing that confrontation could end if Washington changes its approach. IRGC spokesperson Hossein Mohebbi said the appeal targets voters, not the administration, and accused Trump of concealing Iran's nuclear programme's peaceful nature. Iran has blockaded the Strait of Hormuz since the war began, demanding a seven-day ceasefire, unfrozen assets, lifted oil sanctions, and an end to the US naval blockade. Qatar is relaying messages between the two sides.
