Axios and CNN, citing unidentified US officials, reported Trump was willing to ease sanctions and release Iranian funds for "concrete progress" on Tehran's nuclear programme. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said Tehran is ready for talks but won't accept "bullying or coercion," while insisting Iran isn't seeking war. The seven-month conflict, launched as "Operation Epic Fury," has killed thousands and disrupted energy supplies, with Brent crude rising 1.4% to $106.77 a barrel Tuesday. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said only diplomacy can resolve the deadlock, with mediators yet to relay Washington's official rejection.
