Iran FM: Nuclear talks with US 'more serious' after Qatar-brokered New York meeting

Iran proposed reopening the Strait of Hormuz and resuming nuclear negotiations within a week if the US lifts its naval blockade and oil sanctions. President Trump rejected the proposal Saturday but suggested talks would continue.
