Iran’s Supreme Leader Orders Immediate Response to Any US-Israel Attack
Iran’s Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has ordered the country’s armed forces to prepare an immediate response to any renewed US or Israeli military or terrorist attack, warning that Iran would decide the conditions for ending any conflict. In a statement published Saturday, Khamenei directed commanders to ensure any threat is met with an impactful, geographically unrestricted response and to update target lists to include American and Israeli assets. The warning follows threats that strikes could resume amid ongoing diplomatic efforts. The conflict began February 28 with US-Israeli strikes on Iran, which responded regionally. A Qatari delegation arrived in Tehran Friday for talks after Iran reportedly received a letter from US Vice President JD Vance, to which Tehran has not yet responded.
