Iranian Army Warns Trump's New Adventure Could Expand Conflict

shorouknews.com (Arabic) —

Iran's army spokesman Mohammad Akraminia warned Saturday that any new "adventure" by US President Donald Trump could expand the scope of the conflict, saying Iran closely monitors American movements in the region. Akraminia stated in a post on X that Iran's military "does not trust the enemy's actions" and is relentlessly improving its combat readiness. He added that if Trump initiates another military operation, "the fire of war will undoubtedly reach wider geographical areas." US media reported Trump plans to resume strikes on Iran after November midterm elections, with officials briefing allies on preparations for a short, intense campaign starting November 4. The US has not attacked Iran since September 1, following a war that killed Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
