Wagenknecht open to working with any party for change

Sahra Wagenknecht, founder of the BSW party, stated she is open to cooperating with any party, including the AfD, to achieve political change, though she remains vague on specifics. In a ZDF interview, Wagenknecht said BSW would work with anyone willing to implement desired changes, but stressed there are AfD positions they oppose and would resist. She reiterated her proposal for a non-partisan minister-president governing with shifting majorities. The BSW narrowly passed the five-percent threshold in Saxony-Anhalt's state election, while the AfD won 43.8 percent. Wagenknecht excluded a coalition with the AfD before the vote but did not rule out selective cooperation.
