BSW's Schulze: No 'firewall' against AfD in Saxony-Anhalt

Thomas Schulze, the lead candidate for the Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance (BSW) in Saxony-Anhalt's state election, stated in a DW interview that his party is ready to cooperate with any party to advance its agenda, explicitly rejecting the existence of a political "firewall" against the far-right AfD. Following the AfD's victory with 43.8% of the vote, Schulze argued that he cannot refuse cooperation given the high level of public trust in the party, and he confirmed BSW's willingness to pursue policies with the AfD that benefit the region's residents.
