Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar called for guardrails, regulations, and confidence-building measures in the military domain, stressing human control over AI design and warning against a "monopoly of a few actors." He advocated for inclusive UN-led governance forums. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei urged caution, with Amodei pledging to slow releases for safety.
