rbc.ua (Russian) —

The United States announced that working-level negotiations between Ukraine and Russia will take place in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11, with Washington serving as mediator. The talks will focus on post-war security arrangements, de-escalation, humanitarian issues, and next steps toward peace. Prior to this, US negotiators will meet with France, Germany, Britain, the EU, and NATO in Brussels to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine and European security architecture. The Abu Dhabi round follows previous meetings in Kyiv, Oslo, and Saint Petersburg. Finnish and Norwegian leaders recently spoke with Putin to convey Kyiv's position, while Ukrainian President Zelenskyy sought a meeting with US and Russian delegations before US-China-Russia talks.
