Iran tells US: Decide whether to end the war

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said Washington must decide whether to end the conflict with Iran, stating America holds the key to continuing or stopping the war. The remarks come after the US and Israel attacked Iran in February, prompting Tehran to block the strategic Strait of Hormuz. Pezeshkian also denied seeking nuclear weapons despite holding highly enriched uranium, a suspicion that justified the offensive.
