Israeli forces continue assault on Hebron governorate
Israeli occupation forces continue their comprehensive aggression on the Palestinian governorate of Hebron, according to Palestinian sources reported by the official news agency Wafa. The forces raided neighborhoods in Dura town, focusing on the "Kreisa" area, where they stormed homes including that of prisoner Ibrahim al-Rajoub's father. Troops also arrested citizen Thaer Taysir after settlers assaulted him in Sama village, while maintaining closures on all Hebron entrances and camps, attacking residents and vehicles, and causing suffocation injuries from tear gas near "Sadda al-Fahs" south of the city. Since yesterday, Israeli forces have forced around 1,500 residents to evacuate their homes in Deir Bahha and al-Jalda areas, with plans to displace about 2,500 more in coming hours. The ongoing aggression has displaced over 200 families, leaving them homeless, while forces continue closing the al-Jalda and Ein Deir Bahha zones and storming homes after forcing occupants out.
