A US federal judge heard arguments Wednesday on whether to restore White House press credentials for CNN, MS NOW, and Politico after President Donald Trump revoked them, but declined to rule immediately. The news organizations sued for a temporary restraining order, arguing the ban violates First Amendment free press rights. The Justice Department countered that White House access is a "privilege, not a right," citing national security concerns over alleged classified information reporting. Judge Timothy Kelly, who previously ruled for CNN in a similar case, said he would decide "as soon as I can." The White House also launched a streaming channel, "Trump TV," amid the dispute.
