Rubio urges Cubans to secretly work with CIA for political change

Rubio stated that now is the time for those seeking positive change in Cuba, citing unfulfilled government promises, corruption, and privileges for a small elite. He suggested dissatisfied Cubans could achieve desired changes through confidential engagement with American intelligence. Previously, President Donald Trump indicated he might send U.S. warships to Cuba's shores after the conflict with Iran, saying Washington intends to "deal with Cuba" and could dispatch the secretary of state to the island for further resolution.
