The Kremlin has positively received US President Donald Trump's offer to help Russia following the death of a plague research laboratory employee. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that mutual assistance offers are "always very good," responding to Trump's proposal. Peskov also said he had not heard Trump call the situation a big problem for Russia. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Tuesday, October 6, that Russia should provide more information about the incident.
