Trump's approval drops to 32% as even Republican voters grow dissatisfied

US President Donald Trump's approval rating has fallen to 32%, the lowest of his political career, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll. Republican voters are increasingly dissatisfied with his handling of the cost-of-living crisis amid the unpopular war in Iran. The four-day poll, completed Sunday, shows only 73% of Republicans approve of Trump's performance, down from 82% last week. Just 17% of respondents approve of his handling of living costs, the top issue for voters in November's midterm elections. For the first time, Republicans disapproving of Trump's cost-of-living management outnumber those approving, at 51% versus 44%. The online poll surveyed 1,277 adults with a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.
