SpaceX posts first quarterly profit after $4.4 billion Q3 gain

SpaceX reported a net loss of $1.084 billion from January to September, a 58% improvement year-over-year, while achieving its first positive quarterly profit. The company's revenue surged 97.5% to $27.083 billion during the same period. The third quarter drove the improvement, with a net profit of $4.404 billion, contrasting with a $1.054 billion loss in the same period of 2025. The company attributed the quarterly profit largely to its cloud computing business. These are SpaceX's first results since its June initial public offering, which raised $75 billion and valued the company at $1.77 trillion. Elon Musk retains over 80% of voting control.
