Hundreds of fans lined the streets of a Welsh seaside village on Saturday to bid farewell to late singer Bonnie Tyler as her coffin was brought home. The Grammy-nominated star died last month in Portugal at age 75. Tyler, known for her 1983 hit "Total Eclipse of the Heart," was hospitalized in May for emergency intestinal surgery. Her coffin, draped in a Welsh flag, passed through Mumbles as fans left floral tributes at her former home. Born Gaynor Hopkins in Skewen, Wales, Tyler earned three Grammy nominations and was honored as an MBE in 2022. A private celebration of her life is scheduled for Monday in Swansea.
