Students in Thessaloniki are protesting against high study costs and housing issues, causing five metro stations to close from 9:00 AM. A major rally is scheduled after 11:00 AM. Protesters set up tents on Agias Sofias pedestrian street from 8:00 AM until midnight. The closed metro stations are Dimokratias, Venizelou, Agias Sofias, Sintrivani, and Panepistimio, with trains bypassing them.
