Kanter attended the game wearing a shirt reading "WOMAN noun. adult human female." During the third quarter, Cloud approached him courtside, appearing to shout and point at him. Kanter stood and walked toward her with arms spread before security intervened and escorted him out. Kanter later posted on X that he was removed "for supporting WOMEN." Chicago Sky coach Tyler Marsh defended Cloud, saying the team embraces her as someone who protects people. Indiana won 113-90, eliminating Chicago from playoff contention.
