Siri AI now speaks Portuguese on iPhone with iOS 27.2

uol.com.br (Portuguese) —

Apple has begun releasing iOS 27.2, which brings Siri AI support in Portuguese to the iPhone. The update also adds French, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish, expanding the assistant beyond its previous English-only beta. The advanced Siri understands conversation context, accepts follow-up questions, and can access authorized data like messages, emails, and photos. A screen awareness feature lets it interpret displayed content, while usage requires Apple Intelligence-compatible devices from iPhone 15 Pro through iPhone 18 Pro, plus iPhone Air and iPhone Duo. The update also changes apps, adding Apple Pencil support to iPhone Duo, a new Apple Music visual identity, Apple TV profiles, and Message suggestions for Calendar and Reminders. Users can restrict app access for Siri and install via Settings, General, and Software Update.
