Comedy Bang Bang Drops Reggie Watts Theme Song After Drug Allegations
The theme song for the podcast "Comedy Bang Bang" was removed from Monday's episode following a Rolling Stone report alleging Reggie Watts engaged in reckless drug-related behavior in past relationships. The report was published Thursday. The report claims Watts' late ex-girlfriend, Katherine McCollough, developed a ketamine addiction while dating him. Their relationship ended in October 2025 after a drug-induced manic episode, and McCollough died by suicide in Peru in March 2026. Watts' attorney called the claims "dangerously false." The report also includes allegations from five other women describing a pattern of reckless behavior. Watts, who was the bandleader for "The Late Late Show," wrote the theme song. Representatives for Watts and the podcast did not respond to requests for comment.
