Zelenskyy faces criticism and uncertain U.S. support
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer after a tense meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump. Starmer reaffirmed the U.K.'s support for Ukraine, while Trump criticized Zelenskyy’s handling of the war. Zelenskyy left the White House without finalizing a mineral agreement. The Trump administration is considering cutting military aid to Ukraine, although no decision has been made. Zelenskyy will participate in a European leaders' summit to discuss security guarantees amid ongoing conflict. He is also scheduled to meet King Charles III during his visit to England.
