Zelenskyy approval rating at 57% contradicts Trump's claim of 4%

Donald Trump claimed Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has a 4% approval rating. However, a recent poll by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology shows Zelenskyy's approval is actually 57%, up from 52% in December 2024. The poll, conducted from February 4 to 9, surveyed 1,000 people and found 37% disapproved of Zelenskyy. The results indicate that the majority of Ukrainians believe elections should occur after the war. Zelenskyy responded to Trump's claim, stating it originates from Russian disinformation. He emphasized that his approval ratings have remained above 50% since the Russian invasion began in 2022.
