The job market is predicted to undergo significant changes, with millions of new jobs emerging globally in the coming years, according to a report by the career network Xing. The report highlights ten potential future job roles. These emerging roles include positions like heat protection planners, digital authenticity media verifiers, and implant designers, reflecting trends such as climate change, technological advancements, and the increasing importance of digital security. The World Economic Forum estimates 78 million new jobs could be created by 2030, but 92 million could be lost. Experts emphasize that these new roles are often specializations of existing fields, and that fundamental jobs like tradespeople will remain crucial. The report also suggests roles like memory therapists, digital freedom advisors, and intergenerational mediators will become more prevalent.
