World leaders and tech executives meet in Paris to address AI governance challenges

World leaders and tech executives gathered in Paris for a two-day summit on artificial intelligence, co-hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The event aims to establish governance for AI as global competition intensifies. Macron announced a €109 billion investment in AI for France, comparable to the U.S. "Stargate" program.
