Summary: Security researchers warn that Windows Recall AI, capturing screenshots every 5 seconds, stores data in an unencrypted database, making it vulnerable to attackers. Ethical hacker Alex Hagenah created TotalRecall, a tool to extract and display all recorded data, urging Microsoft to enhance security before Recall's launch on Copilot+ PCs. TotalRecall can automatically extract data from Recall's unencrypted database in seconds, including sensitive information like messages and web activity.
