Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 3 officially announced

Saber Interactive and Games Workshop have announced Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 3, following the success of Space Marine 2. The new game is in development, but support for Space Marine 2 will continue. Saber Interactive plans to provide ongoing content for Space Marine 2, including a new Horde Mode and additional events. This commitment ensures that players will not be neglected during the development of the third game. While Space Marine 3 is being created, it will take several years to complete. This timeline allows Space Marine 2 to receive extensive post-launch support, despite the likelihood of no story DLC for the second game.
