WA Police Commissioner charged with stalking

Assistant WA Police Commissioner Gailene Hamilton faces stalking and computer misuse charges. Hamilton, recently appointed, was stood down last month following allegations of harassing a fellow officer. She faces four counts of unlawfully using a computer system and one of stalking. The investigation, which began after persistent messages were reported, was referred to the Corruption and Crime Commission. Hamilton remains stood down from the force.
