Volkswagen will pay Dutch owners of "cheat diesel" cars between €300 and €2,500 as part of a settlement. Approximately 100,000 owners of affected Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, and Škoda vehicles are eligible. They must register their claim by December 10th.
