Viva Insights adds Copilot adoption benchmarks for managers

Microsoft's Viva Insights now includes Copilot adoption benchmarks, allowing managers to track AI tool usage across teams and compare it to organizational and industry averages. The new feature enables comparisons based on manager types, regions, and job functions, measuring active user percentages and app adoption. This aims to provide insights into engagement trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Benchmarks are currently in private preview and will be available to all customers later in October. Microsoft states data is anonymized to protect individual company information.
