Virginia Festival of the Book requires advance reservations for 2025 events

The Virginia Festival of the Book will require all attendees to reserve seats in advance this year. This change aims to help organizers track attendance and provide updates. Registration for events began on February 14. The festival is scheduled for March 20 to 23 in Charlottesville, with most events free but requiring registration. Attendees can create a personal schedule and purchase tickets for paid events through the festival's new website. Two events before the festival include a screening of "Nickel Boys" on February 19 and a discussion with Timothy Heaphy on February 20. Both events require registration, with the latter being free.
