Vanguard introduces monthly fee for UK investors in major pricing change

Vanguard is introducing a monthly fee of £4 for UK clients with investments under £32,000, starting in January. This is the first time the company has implemented a monthly charge, replacing the previous annual fee structure. Clients with balances above £32,000 will continue to pay a fee of 0.15 percent, capped at £375 per year. Vanguard is also reducing the management fee for its Managed Isa from 0.3 to 0.2 percent. Additionally, starting January 31, Vanguard will deduct any fees due before processing withdrawals or transfers. There will still be no charges for withdrawing or transferring funds.
