U.S. envoy visits Kyiv to address concerns after Trump's criticism of Zelensky

U.S. special envoy Keith Kellogg arrived in Kyiv on Wednesday to address Ukraine's concerns, following President Donald Trump's critical remarks about President Volodymyr Zelensky. Trump suggested Zelensky "started" the war and urged him to hold elections. Kellogg's visit comes after U.S. and Russian officials met in Saudi Arabia to discuss peace negotiations without Ukraine's involvement. Russia and the U.S. agreed to form teams to negotiate a resolution to the conflict. Meanwhile, Russian strikes in Odesa left over 160,000 residents without power. The European Union is set to adopt new sanctions against Russia on the third anniversary of its invasion of Ukraine.
