US envoy Keith Kellogg visits Ukraine for talks with President Zelenskiy

U.S. envoy Keith Kellogg arrived in Kyiv to meet President Volodymyr Zelenskiy as the war with Russia nears its three-year mark. His visit follows U.S.-Russia talks in Riyadh that excluded Ukraine. Kellogg aims to listen and discuss security guarantees for Ukraine. He plans to report back to President Trump and the U.S. team on the discussions. Zelenskiy postponed a trip to Saudi Arabia to avoid legitimizing the U.S.-Russia meeting. Trump previously downplayed Ukraine's exclusion from those talks.
