US envoy arrives in Kyiv for talks as policy shifts on Russia
Keith Kellogg, the U.S. special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, has arrived in Kyiv for discussions with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and military leaders. This visit comes as U.S. policy shifts away from isolating Russia. Kellogg's trip follows President Trump's comments suggesting Ukraine shares blame for the ongoing war. The U.S. has also held talks with Russia that excluded Ukraine, raising concerns among Ukrainian officials. During his visit, Kellogg emphasized the importance of Ukraine's sovereignty and security guarantees. He plans to report back to Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the discussions in Kyiv.
