US and Russia hold peace talks in Saudi Arabia to discuss Ukraine war

Russia and the U.S. are holding talks in Saudi Arabia to discuss a peace deal for Ukraine. This is the first in-person meeting since the war began. Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is meeting U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, but Ukraine and European countries are not invited. Ukrainian President Zelensky has stated that Ukraine will not recognize any agreements made without its participation.
