Umi Hotpot Sushi & Seafood Buffet plans new location in Freehold Township New Jersey

Umi Hotpot Sushi & Seafood Buffet, a growing franchise, will open a new location in Freehold Township, New Jersey. This will be the fourth Umi restaurant in the state, joining existing locations in Deptford, East Brunswick, and Egg Harbor Township. The new restaurant will occupy the former Tokyo Hibachi & Sushi Buffet in Pond Road Plaza. Umi is known for its seafood and sushi offerings, emphasizing fresh ingredients and a blend of modern and traditional cooking techniques. An exact opening date has not been announced. Umi has locations in ten other states across the country.
