Two-room apartment prices in Ukraine have increased significantly in most cities over the past six months, with Uzhhorod and Ternopil seeing the largest rises. Kyiv has the most expensive two-room apartments at an average of $100,000, followed by Uzhhorod at $95,000. Lviv's prices have slightly decreased to $92,000. The cheapest two-room apartments are in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, averaging $23,000. It takes between 3.9 and 13.2 years of saving one's entire salary to afford a two-room apartment, depending on the city.
