Ukraine and the United States signed an agreement on minerals, signaling strengthened economic ties. The agreement, signed by Ukraine's Economy Minister and the U.S. Treasury Secretary, was hailed as a significant step. Meanwhile, Ukraine's state debt increased by over 100 billion UAH in March. Starting today, all Ukrainian gas stations are mandated to add at least 5% bioethanol to gasoline, with fuel prices remaining stable.
