Turkey Spain and Morocco ranked as top budget holiday spots for 2025

Turkey, Spain, and Morocco have been identified as some of the cheapest holiday destinations for 2025, according to consumer group Which? They analyzed nearly 6,000 package holidays for the first week of August across 13 European countries. The Dalaman area in Turkey is the most affordable for standard package holidays, averaging £859 per person for a week. Agadir, Morocco, follows at £889, while Bulgaria's Bourgas area is third at £904. For all-inclusive holidays, Spain's Costa Blanca is the cheapest at £1,113 per person. Other budget-friendly options include Fuerteventura and Tenerife in the Canary Islands, with average prices of £1,146 and £1,189, respectively.
