Tula prosecutor's lawsuit to reclaim factory property stalls

A lawsuit filed by the Tula region prosecutor's office to reclaim property from an offshore company has been stalled for the third time. The legal action concerns assets of the "Stamp" machine-building plant. The prosecutor's office is unable to serve the lawsuit to "Kenbery International Ltd," the offshore company, due to its registration in the British Virgin Islands. The lawsuit aims to address the transfer of land previously owned by the plant. The property in question, including buildings with a cadastral value of 109 million rubles, ended up in the offshore company's ownership after a series of transactions.
