Tsinghua, Star Epoch open-source first AIGC robot model
清华大学和星动纪元开源了 VPP,首个 AIGC机器人大模型, which has been accepted for ICML 2025 Spotlight. This model allows robots to predict future actions and execute them in real-time. The VPP model, developed in collaboration with Tsinghua University's ISRLab, uses video diffusion models to enhance robot action generalization. It is trained on internet video data, enabling robots to learn from human actions and switch between different robot platforms. This advancement aims to accelerate the commercialization of humanoid robots by improving their ability to perform complex tasks and adapt to various scenarios. The model has shown significant performance improvements in benchmark tests and real-world applications.
