The first order lists categories of foreign nationals' children not entitled to automatic citizenship, while the second directs the State and Homeland Security departments to crack down on birth tourism. The White House reported over 3 million deportations in 15 months. The administration also cited claims against 88 individuals who fraudulently obtained citizenship, termination of benefits for 1.4 million illegal aliens, and suspension of visa processing for 75 countries.
