Trey Hendrickson seeks new contract, trade talks ongoing

Other teams, like the Indianapolis Colts, are interested in Hendrickson, but they would need to offer a significant trade package. Right now, teams are not eager to pay both the trade cost and Hendrickson's salary. Hendrickson has been a key player for the Bengals, leading their defense with 17.5 sacks over the past two seasons. Fowler still believes there’s a chance for the Bengals to negotiate a new deal with Hendrickson, even though talks have stalled. There are a few months left for both sides to reach an agreement.
